Manaakitanga
Provide excellent advocacy and support to our members. We negotiate collective employment agreements, support welfare, and ensure our members' roles are clearly defined and appropriately resourced.

Auahatanga
Enhance the attractiveness of leadership roles. We identify and mitigate barriers, promote positive leadership culture, and ensure leaders have the empowerment and enablers to own their roles.

Whanaungatanga
Build a strategic partnership with FENZ. We work to be a trusted partner, included early in strategic planning, and recognised as key implementation advisers to inform national strategies.

Kia Tika
Develop our present and future leaders. We support career pathways, coaching, mentoring, academic development, and the FECA Development Fund to grow our leaders.
